Does Ferguson's Mobile Tyres provide emergency callouts?
Usually, 24-48 hours' notice is required to book a mobile tyre fitter due to the substantial demand for scheduled callouts. In cases where we have cancellations to free up time slots, we can arrange a same-day callout.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major cards and cash payments on-site.
Can I book a specific date and time for the job?
Indeed, we'll accommodate your schedule where possible by offering a morning or afternoon time.
Are there extra fees for balancing, new rubber valves, nuts torqued, old tyre disposal, VAT, etc., with the mobile service?
No, all our tyre prices cover fitting, balancing, new rubber valves, nuts torqued, old tyre disposal, and VAT.
Do you balance the wheels when new tyres are fitted?
Yes. All of our van fleet are equipped with up-to-date tyre balancers.
What's the minimum tyre purchase for Mobile Fitting?

Should I prepare my car for the mobile fitting job?
Ensure you've ordered the correct size tyres; car keys and the locking nut are available at the agreed date and time.
Please be informed that if an incorrect tyre size is ordered, the lock nut is unavailable, or for any reason, our technician cannot complete the fitting job, a €75 penalty will apply. This policy is in place due to our limited daily slots and the impact on our ability to serve other customers promptly. Your understanding is greatly appreciated as it helps us maintain efficiency and accommodate as many customers as possible. Thank you for your cooperation.

Is there a penalty for rescheduling?
There is no penalty if we are contacted 48 hours in advance. Or a €60 cancellation fee is required for payment.
